Yes, you can cancel your account whenever you like. To do so, log into your Business in a Box account, click on your profile avatar in the top right corner, select “My Account”, and under the “Organization Details” section, click “Close Organization Account.” This will immediately close your account and deactivate all associated data and services.
No, there are no penalties for cancelling your Business in a Box subscription. You can cancel at any time without incurring additional fees or charges. Once cancelled, your subscription will not be renewed at the next billing cycle. However, it's important to note that access to the platform and its features will end when your subscription expires.
Business in a Box is an online service. You can sign in to Business in a Box from your browser or download the Windows or Mac app to run it from your computer. You can also download our app for your smartphone and tablet.
Absolutely! You can upgrade plans at any time. If you change plans in the middle of a billing cycle, then you will only pay the difference to switch plans from the date that you switch plans till the end of your next billing cycle.

When you click on the Download button, a copy of the template you requested in Word or Excel format will be downloaded in your Downloads folder. Various browsers react differently: If you are using Google Chrome, you should see the document in the lower left corner of your screen. On Firefox, you will be prompted to save, then you need to click on the downward arrow in the top right corner to open the document. On Edge or Internet Explorer, a yellow bar at the bottom will prompt you to save and open.
If you cannot find the template in your Downloads folder, please log out of the application, close the browser window and reopen a new one, then log in again. Try to download the document. The Web App interface is only available in English and French for now, but you can still access all 7 language libraries and all the templates they contain. Simply put your mouse over the “Language library” control in the lower left corner of the screen, then select the language that you need. Note that you need to have purchased a Premium license to have access to all language libraries.
